• Under the Defective on Arrival (DOA) standard, any defective units must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.

• Returns will not be accepted for correctly supplied hardware that matches the approved Purchase Order (PO), even in the event of system incompatibility.

4. Limitation of Liability

• Oceanus Electronics enforces a strict liability cap that excludes all indirect damages.

• The company assumes zero liability for any data loss or data corruption that occurs during hardware failures.

• The company holds no liability for business interruptions or operational downtime resulting from logistics delays.

• All OEM trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective corporations.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
